At Aerify, we want you to feel confident in every purchase. If something’s not quite right, we’re here to make the return and refund process simple and stress-free.
Who Can Return Products?
- Returns are available for items purchased directly through Aerify only.
- You’ll need to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
- After 30 days, we won’t be able to process a return or refund.
- If your product isn’t working as expected, our team may recommend alternative ways to apply or use it before proceeding.
- Used nose strips or mouth tape (over 50%) are not eligible for return or refund.
How to Submit a Return
- Email info@aerify.com.au within 30 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number, the item(s) you’d like to return, and your reason for returning.
- Our support team will walk you through the return steps.
- Pack your return items securely and include your order details so we can process it smoothly.
Refunds & Exchanges
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once we’ve received and reviewed your returned item(s). Please allow 5–10 business days for processing. (Some banks may take longer to finalise the refund.)
- Want an exchange? Just mention it in your return email and we’ll do our best to help—based on stock availability.
What Can’t Be Refunded?
- Subscription orders that were shipped before cancellation.
- Gift cards or store credit vouchers.
What if the Product Is Faulty or Damaged?
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately:
- Reach out to us at info@aerify.com.au.
- We may ask for a photo or a bit more info to understand the issue.
- Once confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement or refund – depending on the situation.
Return Shipping Details
If your return isn’t due to a fault or mistake on our part, you’ll need to cover the shipping cost.
- Nose strips and mouth tape that don’t suit your skin or don’t adhere due to incorrect application are not considered faulty.
- Always use a trackable shipping method and include your order number in the return parcel.
- Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
